Prepared directly in front of us by these two chefs.
In our soup, you can see part of a huge shrimp. The chefs told us that shrimp brain was good to eat. Naturally, we did as we were told. Let's just say that it is very difficult to politely not like shrimp brain.
High class.

Doing our best to spread the look.

While Mad and I were attempting to get a picture of the two of us, a sweet old Japanese man came up to us and motioned that he would take the photo for us. This turned into a photo shoot, with him taking it from different angles or telling us where to stand/sit, etc. All in Japanese.
The sweet, old Japanese photographer.

I couldn't stop laughing. This blog post is genius. Japan looks like it was incredible!
