Our lake in Baxian, all frozen over and dead looking.
Still beautiful in its own way.
No clue where those shoes are from. Like most things I see.
Just in case.
Frozen.
SNOW!!! So pretty and white and clean for once.
A few days later it snowed a little bit more. Naturally, Mad and I shared a bike home from the kindergarten. In heels. Completely wiped out in a patch of snow (going about 1 mph). I can only hope that made someone's day to watch the token white girls both sprawl out everywhere on the snow covered pavement.
The kindergarten in the snow.
The exit to the kindergarten neighborhood (180 degrees from the last picture). On the other side of the street is the entrance to Mad's neighborhood. My neighborhood is a ways down the street to the right... to give you a very vague idea of the layout.
For those wondering what exactly I eat, this is a prime example. Scrambled eggs with sauteed veggies of all sorts. Always in a wok. (The wok is used for everything... including popping popcorn.) Steamed frozen dumplings (on the left), too... of course.
